✅ Return Eligibility:

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged

  • You received the wrong size

  • The product is not as expected or you simply don’t like it

💸 Refund Amount:

  • Eligible returns will receive up to 70% refund of the total paid amount (excluding shipping costs).

  • Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Full refunds may be offered in special cases (e.g. defective items).

📦 How to Return:

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. We’ll review your request and share the return address and further instructions.

Want to exchange instead? Let us know your preferred size or item, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it (based on availability).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
